This example is to calculate capacitance, charge and power of rectangle plate capacitor with dielectric
constant 3.9.
In main menu, click Popular services>Semiconductor, then click Capacitance
calculator. Then choose plate rectangle as plate shape from the list, give dielectric
constant 3.9.
Check Calculate Q(V) &W(V). Click next step button to calculation page.

The user gives length 1E-5cm, width 2E-5cm and thickness 1E-7 cm of the capacitor plate, and operation voltage 2V.
Click calculation button to get the value(s) of capacitance, charge, power and field at 2V. The bottom of figure
2 shows the input that leads to results shown.

The user can calculate size of capacitor. The following figure 3 shows the input
for the case in which the desired capacitance is 4.E-13 F and length is 1E-6cm,
thckness 1.5E-5cm at operation voltage 2V. Click calculate button can lead to thickness width 17.38cm. Following this example,
the user may calculate length by giving capacitance and thickness.
